I’ve been wanting to show some appreciation to the hubby. He’s been extra loving and caring lately, and I’ve been wanting to show him some appreciation.
So I decided to express my love using post-it notes, and stick them onto a mirror. It gave him a sweet surprise at the end of a long work day.
And oh, the post-its are still up, although it’s been almost a week.
I think love should always be this sticky. 😉
PS. I’m on Sarah’s The Playful Parents blog, sharing some tips on how to write love letters. Do hop over to show us some love!

That’s a really sweet way to show love. I can imagine in my home those will be torn off by a certain toddler within seconds though 🙂

Hee, thanks Elaine. I stuck this pretty high up on the mirror for that very reason!! 🙂
Aww how sweet! 🙂 Hope you got extra cuddles and smooches from hubby in appreciation of this!

Thanks Zee, I’m glad to have remembered to do it. It was also overdue!
Ooohhh!!! Was just browsing through and had to pause to tell you how SWEET this is. It brought back memories of a birthday surprise my hubby did some time back very similar to this… except that he stuck the post-its around the house for me to discover as I went through my daily routine (e.g. on the bathroom mirror, on the fridge, on the TV, on my phone… and the last one was in my handbag). Sigh… it’s truly the simple things that can make the best memories ^_^
